How to Check IPO Allotment Status for Multiple PAN Cards
IPO guide
By IPO GMP Status desk · Updated 31 October 2026 · How we compile these figures
Families often apply for the same IPO from several PAN cards to improve the chance of an allotment. Checking the result means entering every PAN one at a time on the registrar's website — unless you check them all together.
Check all your PANs in one tap
- Open the IPO allotment page.
- Add every PAN you applied with — your own and your family's. A name after each PAN (Father, Sister) is optional.
- When an IPO's allotment is out, a Check button appears beside it. Press it once and every saved PAN is looked up together.
- Each PAN shows its result: shares allotted, not allotted, or no application found.
The PANs stay only in your browser. They are sent to the registrar only to look up the result, and are never stored on this site.
Why apply from more than one PAN?
When the retail portion of an IPO is oversubscribed, the registrar holds a lottery and each winning application gets one lot. Each PAN is a separate application, so applications from more family members each get their own chance. Applying for more lots from the same PAN does not improve the chance of getting the first lot. See how IPO allotment works.
When the allotment is out
Under SEBI's T+3 timeline, the basis of allotment is usually fixed one working day after the IPO closes, and the result is often published that evening. Turn on notifications on this site and you are told the moment an IPO's allotment can be checked.
Registrars you can check
Every IPO has a registrar that runs its allotment. The allotment page covers KFin Technologies, MUFG Intime (Link Intime), Bigshare Services, Maashitla Securities, Skyline Financial, Purva Sharegistry, MAS Services, Mudra Registry and more. For a registrar that asks for a security code, the page opens its own form with your first PAN copied.
Frequently asked questions
Can I check IPO allotment for multiple PANs at once?
Yes. Save all the PANs on the IPO GMP Status allotment page and one press of Check looks up every PAN for that IPO together.
Is it safe to enter my PAN?
The PANs are kept only in your browser and are used only to ask the registrar for the result. They are not stored on the site.
Does applying from more PANs increase the chance of allotment?
In an oversubscribed retail category, each PAN is a separate application in the lottery, so more family PANs mean more chances. More lots from one PAN do not.
When is IPO allotment status out?
Usually one working day after the IPO closes, often in the evening.
